| Just installed a Mugen "No Limit" S60 Shaft (AKA - Mugen Red) in a Bang, Bang-O-Matic 460cc head and I have to tell you that this is an amazing, deadly accurate, very long combination.
I first had this shaft in a Tour Edge 460cc head but didn't like the performance of the head. Looked to Bang for another quality head as I have used their fairway wood heads for a long time now. This is the fist driver head I have had from them but felt this was my answer to compliment a great shaft.
I was right and I am very, very glad I stuck it out and tried the Mugen in the Bang head. It is truly an amazing pair for me. At the same time I installed a Diamana Blue Board in the Tour Edge so I could make an attempt at having a driver for this season I could count on one way or another. I will tell you that the Mugen out performs the Blue Board/Tour Edge every shot. In fact, it's not even close in comparison with Mugen at two times more in price. I can tee it high and let it fly with the Mugen/Bang combo no problem and I don't have to worry about the shaft holding. I like a lighter shaft so it is difficult to find one that will hold up to a bit of punishment like the Mugen does.
I am buying two more Mugen's for my Bang fairway woods now.
Great job on a great shaft, Harrison!

Just
bought a Harrison Mugen no limit stiff shaft and put it
in Bang-o-matic head and all I can say is WHAT A GOLF SHAFT.
This shaft is so consistent it unbelievable I don’t
think I have ever owned a shaft that was as consistent and
could keep you in play like this Mugen shaft. The amazing
thing is I have never been able to hit a golf shaft that
was 45 inches long or longer my limit has always been around
44 inches in length. When I put this shaft in it ended up
being around 47 inches long so I thought I would try it
out and just see what happen and let me tell you I was putting
the ball in the fairway shot after shot. So if I can swing
a 47 inch shaft and keep it in play this Mugen is something
else. I am a 3 handicapper
Good Job Harrison.

I have
tried so many of the popular shafts on the market and most
of them are pretty good. However, this Mugen shaft seems
to be a notch above the rest. The ball seems to jump off
the club face with this shaft. It is marketed as a mid bend
point shaft but I get a mid-high, yet boring, ball flight.
Not that appearance matters, but this is probably the coolest
looking shaft around. Good Job Harrison.

Recently
purchased a Cleveland Comp Launch that had a stock NVS65
stiff
shaft in it and although I originally liked the shaft, I
eventually felt it
to be too much like a regular flex and not a stiff flex.
My local club
maker suggested the Mugen after great success with other
good players in the
area and after playing with it for now 1 month, I'm sold!
This shaft is much more consistent than the Aldila, plays
like a true stiff
shaft and I may have even picked up 5-10 yards in the process.
Nice job!

Have
these installed in 3 Utility clubs at 19, 23 and 26 degrees.
Initially bought the 19 degree on a whim, as I don’t
have too many problems hitting long irons. First reaction
was a very big “NO”.
Stuck to it, as the odd one I hit good was lovely.
Decided I could do with a shaft change and put in a stiff
Impulse Hybrid.
WOW… what a difference. Completely different animal.
Shaft feels under control all the way through the swing
and feels great in the hitting area. Biggest plus for me
though has been the way the shaft behaves on the backswing.
You can really sense the club all the way back.
That, plus knowing it will come back down without twisting
usually results in a good shot.
A lot of shafts loose their feel in stiff flexes. I was
a bit worried about this as I am only borderline stiff,
but with the Impulse, no such worries.
My trajectory of choice is a high fade, and with these shafts
I can hit that all day long.
Great shaft

This
is the best shaft I have EVER USED!!!! I was playing a Grafalloy
Blue Stiff, and it was a good shaft. But this is so much
better in quality and accuracy it is unbelieveable! I used
to hit the ball about 290 yards, 300 if I cranked it. Now,
a smooth swing produces almost 310 yard drives! When I go
after 330 yards is not uncommon! Thanks a bundle for producing
a quality shaft.
P.S.I think this is better than any Fujikura. I also would
love a sponsor: I'm only 16 and have an average swing speed
of 125 m.p.h!!

Guys!!
Just finished playing my first 2 games of the year and with
my new Harrison Mugen Shaft…!! All I can say is WOW!!!
This
shaft represents all I have been hoping for in a driver
shaft..
I have played with the Harrison Striper J since it was introduced
and was very pleased with it as well.
The
Mugen is just that much better… Consistent drives
in the 260-290 range…with a PRO V-1.. and straight!!
I would
recommend this shaft to any golfer at any level -- it feels
just great.
Thanks
again for making my golf game more fun than I should be
allowed!!

I hit
the MUGEN shaft in the Cobra 454 and it went about 30 yards
further that my current driver. Cobra 460 SZ NV65S.
